Hola, uso crm 2016 y necesito hacer esto:

• Create a workflow that avoids the creation of a duplicate event. For this logic you have to create a custom activity that allows you to traverse all the events to check if there is not another event with the same name.
  • Workflow Configuration:
    • Run when: Creation of an event and when the event name changes.
    • Real time.
    • Name: {UserName} WF-Event - Detect Duplicate Events.

Crear una actividad personalizada que permita atravezar todos los eventos para mirar si no hay otro evento con el mismo nombre.
