CRM Senior Technical Consultant (MSDyn365CE)
Axazure is currently looking for a Senior Technical Consultant for our Madrid office. This person should be able to master technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics ® 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). If the applicant doesn't know the new version, it will be a good opportunity for starting on it with our expert staff in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
You will be responsible to work on customer implementations, upgrades, and support of Microsoft Dynamics® 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). Working in partnership with Axazure's Delivery & Implementation team, the technical Consultant will be responsible to provide required technical support to our customers during Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations working with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Architects on hybrid projects, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the technical tasks required for a successful MSDyn365CE implementation. Additionally, this position will assist in pre-sales/marketing activities such as blogs, videos, and webinars.

English Upper Intermediate Level
Minimun of 4 years of working experience in CRM.
Deep knowledge of at least 4 of the following modules, Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, PSA, Field Service or Portals.
Has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365 in a Consulting role
Current certification a plus (D365), or is able to obtain after joining.
